Vonda Capo has been a leader in the insurance industry since 2004. She began in voluntary benefits working for a Fortune 200 company. She was a top performer as an agent and was promoted into management quickly transferring her methods of success into her training and management of sales teams. Due to her successful performance, she was recruited by other state operations to manage their sales teams. Additionally, she held the position of State Trainer where she coordinated training efforts based on organizational deficiencies identified through observation and data analysis and recommended improvements to the State Sales Manager.
In 2012 she joined a third-party administrator where she focused exclusively on employee benefit planning. In that role, she discovered her passion for helping clients shop for the very best plan in each category across multiple carriers, with value added services for administrative ease.
She has earned client and carrier trust by building relationships, providing responsive and fast resolution to issues, paying close attention to matters of compliance, acting as an extension of HR/Payroll teams by supporting open enrollment efforts, and by ensuring 100% transparency.
