Brad McFarland is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Upon graduation he attained his securities broker license and worked as a broker for various oil and gas firms in the Dallas area. Within two years he started his own venture capital firm that focused on oil and gas exploration; as well as, sat on the board of Benex Oil & Gas which was an exploration firm focused on frontier plays in the southeastern Oklahoma region.
Brad transitioned into the insurance business working with a Fortune 200 insurance company. His experience in high level negotiations led him to have quick success in attaining small to large employer groups as large as 1000 lives. He received consistent top producer awards; as well as , recruited and trained other top producers and sales teams during his tenure. In 2012 he began his own insurance agency where he focused on Group Benefits, Life, as well as experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
He is a results oriented professional and works tirelessly to find new and innovative methods to bring the best value to our clients.
